We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, here's how returns work.

Return window

You have 30 calendar days from receiving your order to request a return or exchange, provided the product is in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

How to request a return

Write to us from our Contact page with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll confirm the next steps and the return address.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we'll let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, it will be processed within a maximum of 14 calendar days to your original payment method.

Defective products

If your product arrives defective or doesn't work properly, contact us as soon as possible — in that case we also cover the return shipping costs.

Exceptions

We do not accept returns of used products, products damaged through misuse, or products missing their original packaging/accessories.
