Shipping policy

At Fast Charge we prepare and ship your order as soon as possible once we confirm payment.

Shipping times

Estimated delivery is 3 to 7 business days from order confirmation, barring issues beyond our control (customs, carrier, force majeure). You'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your address and the contents of your order, before you confirm your purchase.

Shipping zones

We currently ship to mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, and other European Union countries. If you're unsure whether we ship to your area, write to us before ordering.

Order not received or damaged

If your order doesn't arrive within the estimated time or arrives damaged, contact us via our Contact page with your order number and we'll help as soon as possible.
